AAEP GTA Elle Pierman receives Graduate School’s prestigious Graduate Associate Teaching Award

AAEP PhD candidate and GTA Elle Pierman was recently announced as a recipient of the Graduate School’s 2018 Graduate Associate Teaching Award (GATA)! The GATA is Ohio State’s highest recognition of the exceptional teaching provided by graduate students serving as Graduate Teaching Associates and Elle was one of only 10 GTAs selected for the award. Elle teaches ARTEDUC 2367.01: Visual Culture: Investigating Diversity & Social Justice and ARTEDUC 2367.03: Criticizing Television for the department. Elle was recognized on April 17th at the Graduate School’s reception. Along with this recognition, recipients are awarded $1,500. Congratulations to Elle!
