The National Art Education Association (NAEA) Women's Caucus has awarded Assistant Professor Joni Boyd Acuff the 2017 Mary J. Rouse award. The Mary J. Rouse Award is given annually to recognize the contributions of an early professional who has evidenced potential to make significant contributions in the art education profession. 

Dr. Acuff will deliver a 15-minute lecture at the 2017 NAEA National Convention in March.
