Manuel Barkan Dissertation Fellowship Award

The Manuel Barkan Fellowship Award is a competitive grant that supports the academic and living expenses of a doctoral candidate who is completing his/her dissertation in the field of Art Education. The criteria for the award is based on the promise of the student's dissertation project and their academic record. This award was established August 30, 1995 by Theresa (Toby) Barkan Willits (MA Social Admin. '51) of Dublin, Ohio, through The Ohio State University Foundation.
