Art Education Virtual Dialogues Community 

Enroll in a monthly speaker series and discussion with the possibility to earn up to 10 hours of continuing education per month. Each month’s module will include a virtual dialogue video, an asynchronous discussion with other art educators, resources to dig deeper into the monthly topic and an optional assignment to develop immediate applications to your practice. You can earn up to 10 hours of continuing education per month, the equivalent of 1 CEU, doing as much or as little of the module’s activities as you like.

Summer Monthly Topics include:

• Advocacy: Learn about different ways our alumni and faculty are advocating for and through arts education and develop your own advocacy plan
• Inclusion: Explore inclusive art education practices in museums, dance, and community arts space as well as your own
• AI: Learn about AI tools, ethical and moral considerations, research and teaching applications within arts education from Ohio State faculty and craft your own AI Philosophy Statement
