Maya Anderson is pursuing a MA in Arts Policy and Administration with a specialization in Museum Education and Administration. Maya earned her BA in Arts Management from The College of Arts and Sciences at The Ohio State University. Though her focus is on the leadership of the creative industry, Maya also serves as a digital artist and designer. She has been showcased at several creative events and has utilized her digital design skills during her internship at Urban Strings Youth Orchestra. 

Maya is interested in researching the correlation between adolescents participating in art-based extracurriculars and their pursuit of higher education. She is also fascinated by the evolution of technology as it integrates into the art world. Maya would like to observe how technology is creating new opportunities for artistic expression and art accessibility.

Fun Fact: Maya has been a violist since 4^th grade
