Xinxin Guo is a PhD student in the Arts Administration, Education and Policy program at The Ohio State University. Her research explores how artificial intelligence reshapes organizational capacity, managerial decision-making, and strategic adaptation in mission-driven organizations, with a particular focus on museums and cultural institutions. She is especially interested in human–AI collaboration, organizational learning, outcome and impact evaluation, and the role of philanthropy in supporting innovation and long-term sustainability. Prior to pursuing her doctorate, Guo built a twenty-year international career across China, Europe, and the United States, working in higher education, museum development, nonprofit leadership, social entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. Her research bridges theory and practice to examine how organizations create and demonstrate public value in an era of technological change.
