Yanshuang Ji is a student in the Arts Administration, Education and Policy PhD program. Previously, Yan has worked in HR field for several years and then interned and worked in various arts organizations in Shanghai, China. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Shanghai Normal University and her Master of Arts in Arts Policy and Administration at The Ohio State University.

Fun Fact: Yan loves camping and is now learning roller skating and skateboarding.
